A full stack web app for users to share current happenings
The Challenge
One of my favorite questions to ask someone is, "what are you working on right now?" I wanted to build something that would allow me to share my current happenings and hopefully form collaborations or find common interests with people. I also wanted to make this a full stack project to showcase my abilities.
The Solution
Create something that combines aspects of LinkedIn, Link Tree, Instagram, and a bulletin board, where the focus isn't on daily engagement.
The Outcome
A full stack app that utilizes React and bootstrap for the UI and PostgreSQL and express on the back end. Inspired by the concept of a "Now Page" and combines the user profile features from OurNows.com with the card gallery aesthetic of ADPList.org.
